Returns

Online orders can be returned for a refund or exchange if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in an unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all original tags attached. Penny Lane reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Items

All jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

International Orders

All international sales are final. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, original shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping or customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
