Returns
Online orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of customer receipt of the order. Postmark must indicate this 7 day window. Merchandise must be in an “unworn,unwashed, and unaltered” state. Penny Lane has the right to deny a return that is in not in an “unworn,unwashed, and unaltered” state. Final sale on all jewelry, accessories, sunglasses and sale items. Penny Lane will not refund shipping and handling charges.
All International Sales are FINAL.

Shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following business week. We ship UPS insured and are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Should you need expedited delivery (overnight or express) or special instructions (wrapping, note enclosure) please contact the store 210-826-9007 so we can meet your needs. Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
International Shipping & Customs Policy
We are happy to offer international shipping. However, it's important for all international customers to understand the following terms. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office. If your order is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties or an incorrect address, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 20% will apply, and any return shipping or customs return fees will be deducted from your refund.
